California Bass Federation Tournament Application

Important Note: Online entries wiill commence beginning October 2006 (2007 season). 

Must be a member of FLW Outdoors (have a subscription) and belong to a TBF affiliated club. Violation of rules may result in disqualification without refund of entry fee. Officials may reject application for any reason and in that event will refund the fees. Call Tournament Director for information on participating. Must show up at the designated pre-tournament meeting time or you will be assessed a 2 pound penalty, after 15 minutes you will be disqualified. ALL TOURNAMENTS ARE STRAIGHT DRAW. ALL OPTIONS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR ENTRY AND RECEIVED THE MONDAY PRECEDING THE EVENT.

NOTE - BOATER AND NONBOATER MUST SUBMIT ONLINE PAYMENT SEPERATELY.

In consideration for the privilege of participating in this tournament, I hereby release all tournament officials and sponsoring organizations from all claims of injury and/or damages incurred in connection with this event. As a boater, you agree to have a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance.
